Construction
Renewable Energy Group, Inc. contracted plants are designed and built to produce B100 biodiesel which meets ASTM 6751 standards. You may choose annual production rates from 30 to 60 million gallons based on 330 days of production, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

  • Stringent process safety management
  • Structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering as well as control system engineering
  • Computerized process controls
  • Heat tracing of piping and vessels
  • Chemist / laboratory procedure setup
  • Safety training in a real world setting at our Ralston, Iowa facility.
